How does our dog poop removal work?
Based in Montreal and on the South Shore, our dog poop removal service involves 3 simple steps to make your life easier.
Booking
Fill in the form to book your next pickup, tell our team which areas you want cleaned and choose a subscription if you wish.
Pickup
We’ll send you a message 60 minutes before we arrive. Then we pick up all the droppings with our disinfected and professional equipment.
Departure
The rubbish is put in a lined bag and then disposed of in your outside bin or the town’s one. We close the gate to the yard and send you photos.

Can Scoop Service clean my whole yard?
Yes, Scoop Service will clean up all areas with dog poop on your property, including front, back and side yards, flower beds, dog kennels and more.
Can you clean up when my dog is in the garden?
Yes, we can clean up while your dog is in the garden. If your dog has shown signs of aggression in the past, we’ll simply ask you to leave it inside during the clean-up to ensure the safety of our cleaners and your pet.
I have a very large garden and 4 dogs. Can I use Scoop Service?
Yes, we offer a personalised dog poop removal service based on the size of your garden and the number of dogs you have. Please refer to our prices page for more information.
Is your service safe for my dogs?
The safety of your dogs is our priority. We clean all our equipment and footwear between yards with a quality disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take photos of the gate when we’ve finished cleaning so you know your pets won’t leave the yard.
How do you know what time you'll be there?
We will send you a message 60 minutes before we come to your home.
Do I have to be present when you clean my garden?
No, you don’t need to be at home. All we ask is that you tell us if there is a code for the gate to access the yard and any other useful information to ensure that the poop is collected.
I only need your service once. Do you offer one-off pick-ups?
Of course! If you only want to use our services once, we offer one-time pick-ups starting at $40 (depending on the size of your yard and the number of dogs).
Where do you dispose of the poo when you've finished work?
We put them inside two bags to limit odours and dispose of them in the customer’s rubbish bin (outside the property) or in a rubbish bin installed by the city, if the customer’s is already full.
How much does a pooper scooper service cost?
For a yard of less than 5,000 ft² and a maximum of 3 dogs, the rates offered by Scoop Service range from $15 (weekly option) to $55 (twice-a-month option). A one-time pickup costs $40. See all our prices on our dedicated page.
Do you offer discounts for the elderly and disabled?
Scoop Service is proud to offer a 10% discount for people over 65 and people with disabilities.
Can I pay by Interac transfer?
Yes, you can pay by Interac transfer and cash.

Do I need to sign a contract to use your services?
No contracts. You can start, stop or cancel your subscription at any time by phone or email.
Are you present only in Montreal?
Scoop Service operates mainly in Montreal, but we can travel further afield if required. Please note that fees will apply depending on distance.
Do you offer pooper scooper services in winter?
Yes, Scoop Service offers dog waste collection services all year round, even in winter, provided there is no snow on the area to be cleaned. If there is snow, we cannot guarantee proper cleaning and therefore prefer to wait until it melts.
Do you also pick up cat poo?
Yes, we also pick up cat poo.
